Terms & Conditions 
If you are unsure about a purchase, you must state this to one of our delivery personnel on delivery of the product/s, so that the original packaging of the product will not be removed. You have 5 working days from delivery date to notify us. 
If you want to return your product, however there will be a charge of €70 + VAT which will be deducted from your refund . We will not accept the products back if they are NOT sealed in their original packaging. This does not apply to faulty items but if the goods are found to be faulty on delivery, the items should be returned with the driver and reported to us immediately while the driver is still present. 
Customised, bespoke, made to measure or personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Deposits are non refundable if the job has started. 
If you are supplying the sizes of radiator covers/bespoke units, it is your responsibility to provide correct sizes as any alterations will incur a charge. 
Change of mind 
We provide exchange, credit note or refund of items ordered only if the product/s is/are faulty /damaged and still in its original package. 
Customize or made to measure products are non refundable.
